Practice Areas
Ms. Linscott has centered her practice around general civil litigation for the last 20 years. She has extensive experience working in the areas of large estate probate disputes, real estate, corporate law, employment law, civil rights and personal injury. Ms. Linscott is passionate about her clients and tenacious in finding solutions. Ms. Linscott has successfully tried cases in State and Federal Court, including appeals at the State and Federal level. She is also a trained mediator. Ms. Linscott is admitted to practice before Idaho State and Federal Courts, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She served as a Lawyer Representative of the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Idaho. Ms. Linscott volunteers her time presenting continuing education courses and enjoys working with other lawyers, both inside and outside of the courtroom. When Ms. Linscott is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, dogs, and horses in beautiful north Idaho. |
